The Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights was created in January of 2006 by former Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik to encourage dialogue around the intersection of peace and religious practice. We are a sister foundation, The Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights - U.S. Foundation.
I have become increasingly convinced that the most important challenge facing us today is to fight for the poor and the oppressed. That is why I established The Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights.
